Press Release Archive
The ACSI Press Release Archive comprises ACSI results as announced to the media over the last 10 years. Each news release provides a snapshot of the scores, industry trends, and results of key players for the specfied monthly or quarterly data release.
Via the Commentary Archive, interested users can access detailed analysis encompassing the last 10 years of ACSI data releases.
Prior to May 2010, ACSI results were issued on a quarterly basis, with government data reported annually in December of each year. The Commentary Archive, along with archived Press Releases from the years 2000 to 2009, are organized according to the quarterly schedule that was implemented during that time period.
