ACSI Results

ACSI reports scores on a 0-100 scale at the national level. It also produces indexes for 10 economic sectors, 45 industries (including e-commerce and e-business), and more than 225 companies and federal or local government agencies. The measured companies, industries, and sectors are broadly representative of the U.S. economy serving American households. Smaller companies are grouped together in an “All Others” category for each industry.

Starting in May 2010, ACSI is making data available to the public on a more frequent basis, moving from quarterly to monthly updates. This change allows stakeholders to focus more in-depth on different segments of the economy over the entire calendar year.
